The Snorkel is designed to be quick and easy to install. No modifications to the air box are necessary: the Snorkel fits directly in place of the air intake sleeve on the top cover of the original air box.
A rubber strip is added to ensure a perfect seal between the two components. Then simply lift the tank and reposition the cables correctly so that they do not interfere with the installation.
The Snorkel attaches to the original Ural leg guards, with the addition of an extra mounting bracket connected to the frame. This step helps reduce vibration and ensures optimal stability.
